Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below $100, shipping costs will depend on the carrier and the specifics of the order.

Once your order is processed, it typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order’s progress directly on our website under the Order Status section.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@vemaoutdoors.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to assist you.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vemaoutdoors.com with your order details. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
